YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE

Please note classes labeled “45” are 45 minutes in duration. Classes labeled “90” are 90 minutes in duration. All other classes are 60 minutes.

What to Bring to Class!

  • Yoga Mat

  • Mat Towel/Hand Towel

  • Water

    If you’re missing any of the above essentials they are available for rental or purchase at our studio.

  • Be sure to wear comfortable, breathable clothing. Opt for moisture wicking fabrics that allow you to move freely. Yoga pants, leggings, or shorts paired with a fitted tank top or t-shirt are popular choices.
