Welcome to EVOLVE YOGA where we blend the timeless and enduring traditions of yoga with a contemporary twist to create a unique and enriching experience for all practitioners.

Our classes are designed to accommodate all levels of practitioners, unless otherwise noted. Our skillfully trained teachers offer modifications and provide physical adjustments to support new students and deepen the practice of those with years of experience.

We offer classes for every level and intention, from calming practices like mindfulness meditation and yoga nidra to invigorating sessions like power yoga and power mat pilates. Whether you are looking to quiet your mind, ease your nervous system, or challenge your body to build strength and endurance, our classes are here to support your journey to wellness.

At evolve, we honor the ancient practice of “Om” in certain classes. “Om” is considered the sacred sound of the universe, and it helps to ground us, connect us to the larger universe, and brings a sense of unity and peace to our practice.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

  • This “Baptiste-Inspired” power vinyasa class is dynamic and invigorating and focuses on connecting breath with movement, generating internal heat, fully integrating every muscle in your body, proper physical alignment, and creating possibility both on and off the mat!

  • Our Vinyasa Flow class is a dynamic and adaptable practice designed to meet you where you are. Each session offers a harmonious blend of breath and movement, with sequences tailored to the needs of the students in the room. Whether you are looking to build strength, find balance, or release tension, this class will help you connect with your body and elevate your practice. Modifications and options are provided throughout, making it accessible and empowering for all levels.

  • Hot Mat Pilates is an energizing, full-body workout that combines traditional mat Pilates movements with the added intensity of hand weights. This class focuses on building core strength, enhancing flexibility, and improves muscular endurance- all in a heated environment to amplify the benefits.

  • Give your body exactly what it needs as you explore the basics of Sun Salutations to build internal heat, followed by strengthening postures that will create the perfect balance of grounding and igniting in your body. Class ends with deep stretching and recovery. You will walk out of the studio feeling connected and calm, yet physically and mentally energized.

  • Come and restore your mind and body. This class is the perfect addition to your busy life and focuses on long held stretching postures that go beneath the superficial muscle to target the dense connective tissues of the body (hips, pelvis low back, etc.). The result is increased flexibility and mobility, improved joint health, release of stagnant energy in the body, and a feeling of rejuvenation. This class is perfect for everyone and is also essential for athletes to help prevent injury and support healing.

  • Indulge in the ultimate relaxation and rejuvenation experience in this special class that combines 60 minutes of deep stretching yin postures with 30 minutes of restorative yoga Nidra. This combined practice has been shown to effectively decrease stress hormone levels, bring balance back to your nervous system, improve sleep, increase flexibility, and more. This class offers a holistic approach to physical and mental well-being and will change your life!

  • Come and restore your mind and body. This class is the perfect addition to your busy life and focuses on long held passive stretching postures that go beneath the superficial muscle to target the dense connective tissues of the body (hips, pelvis low back, etc.). The result is increased flexibility and mobility, improved joint health, release of stagnant energy in the body, and a feeling of rejuvenation. This class is perfect for everyone and is also essential for athletes to help prevent injury and support healing. Friday's class also includes a special sound bath to further restore your mind and body! Class temperature is slightly warm.

  • In this 45-minute class, we begin with 15 minutes of mindfulness meditation, focusing on the breath or a simple mantra to anchor your awareness in the present moment. The second part of the class transitions into yoga nidra, a deeply restorative practice. Through a systematically guided body scan, breath awareness, and calming visualizations, you’ll release physical, emotional, and mental tension, allowing your nervous system to reset. Experience true rest and emerge feeling renewed, centered, and deeply at peace. Perfect for anyone seeking relaxation and restoration.

  • Join our Prenatal Yoga class, led by a aster doula, designed to nurture both body and mind during pregnancy. This gentle, supportive practice helps expectant mothers build strength, flexibility, and connection, while easing tension and preparing for childbirth. Perfect for all stages of pregnancy!

CLASS TEMPERATURE

Our studio uses INFRARED HEAT because it provides a soothing warmth to the body and mimics the sun’s natural heat. It has multiple health benefits, including improved flexibility, enhanced detoxification, improved circulation and muscle recovery, a more comfortable environment, and it is eco-friendly- reducing our carbon footprint!

Unlike traditional forced heat systems, infrared heat warms the body directly rather than the air, promoting a gentle warmth. Because of this, the exact temperature may vary, but the space remains inviting and never overwhelming. Without pumped-in humidity, our infrared heat supports a more balanced experience for your mind and body.
