Join us for FREE shoulder assessments with a Doctor of Physical Therapy at 5:30 PM, take POWER with us at 6 PM, and stay for our Chaturanga Workshop following class from 7 to 8 PM! In this dynamic and informative workshop, participants will explore the intricate anatomy of the shoulder complex and understand how incorrect movement and weaknesses in any of these muscles can lead to compensations during poses like chaturanga and increase the risk of injury. Workshop is $15 for members of Evolve, and $25 for non-members/drop-in clients.
Guided by a physical therapist, we’ll focus on strengthening key muscles to create a stable foundation for this challenging, yet powerful posture. We will discuss tuning into the body to better understand movement patterns and avoid potential strain. Join us to learn how to build strength, stability, and confidence in your chaturanga practice!
